The Congress campaign enters Bihar today, following Nitish Kumar’s unexpected reversal branded as betrayal.

A day after Nitish Kumar’s reintegration into the BJP-led National Democratic Alliance (NDA), Rahul Gandhi’s ‘Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra’ arrived in Bihar on Monday. This marks Rahul Gandhi’s initial visit to the state since the 2020 assembly election campaign. The Bihar segment of the journey commenced from Kishanganj, recognized as a Congress stronghold with a significant Muslim demographic.

In Kishanganj, Rahul Gandhi is slated to address a public meeting, engaging with locals and discussing pertinent issues. This event will be followed by a significant rally in the adjoining district of Purnea on Tuesday, where Gandhi is expected to address a larger audience and advocate for the party’s agenda.

Additionally, another rally is planned in Katihar the following day, allowing for further outreach and engagement with the people of Bihar. These rallies serve as crucial platforms for the Congress party to connect with voters, convey their message, and garner support ahead of upcoming elections or political events.
