Whatever is happening in India, the same thing happened in Pakistan… Rahul Gandhi’s attack on Modi government

Congress leader Rahul Gandhi said at the Ideas for India conference at Cambridge University in London that the Congress is in no way better than other opposition parties. Said, he does not want to see Congress as Big Daddy. Attacking the Modi government, he said, without voice, soul has no meaning. The voice of India has been suppressed. What is happening in India right now happened in Pakistan as well.

Congress leader Rahul Gandhi’s remarks came just after the recent Chintan Shivir in Udaipur. He said that the Congress can fight the BJP alone as regional parties have neither an ideology nor a centralized approach. Many opposition parties are angry with his statement.

On infighting, rebellion, defections and electoral defeat in the party, Rahul Gandhi said, “Congress is fighting to regain India. It is now an ideological battle – a national ideological battle. The soul has no meaning without the voice. The voice of India has been suppressed. What is happening in India right now happened in Pakistan as well.

“We are not just fighting the BJP. We are now fighting the institutional structure of the Indian state, which has been taken over by an organization,” he said.

The Congress leader further said, “We will not be able to match the funds with them. We have to think of mass movements on issues like inflation and unemployment.”

Attacking the government over China,
Rahul Gandhi, while tweeting, attacked the Modi government for China’s construction of two bridges on Pangong. Tauntingly wrote-

China built the first bridge
Indian Government: We are monitoring the situation.

China built second bridge over Pangong
Government of India: We are monitoring the situation.

India’s national security and territorial integrity must be respected. A sneaky and polite response will not work. PM Modi should protect the country.
