Bench of Justice Yogesh Khanna, Delhi High Court issued Notice on fresh application seeking an SIT probe into the incident wherein a 25-yo man died after his tractor overturned in Central Delhi, during the tractor rally on Republic Day.

Delhi High Court issues notice in plea seeking a court-monitored investigation by special team in connection with the death of protesting farmer on Jan 26 during Tractor rally.

Plea alleges cause of death to be bullet injury.
