Removed two macro containment zones

Deputy Commissioner Bathinda Mr. B Srinivasan has issued orders to remove micro containment zones in two areas out of the micro containment zones set up in different areas of the district in view of COVID-19.
Disclosing this here today the Deputy Commissioner said that the removed micro containment zone includes Siam Dhaba at Goniana Road Bathinda and its adjoining business area and Pirkhana area at Ramsara Road in Rama Mandi.
The Deputy Commissioner also said that the removed Micro Containment Zones were included in the list earlier issued by the Health Department which has now been removed as no new cases have been reported in these areas.In his orders, he also clarified that these areas, which have now been removed from the micro-containment zone, could have normal activities.
