Finance Minister Manpreet Badal will hoist the national flag on the occasion of Independence Day

On the occasion of 74th Independence Day of the country, Punjab Finance Minister Sh. Manpreet Singh Badal will officiate the flag hoisting ceremony here. This information was given by Deputy Commissioner Shri. Srinivasan after reviewing the rehearsal for the district level function to be held on 15th August 2020 at the Hockey Stadium at Government Rajindra College here.

On the occasion the Deputy Commissioner said that this time Independence Day would be celebrated in a very simple manner as per the guidelines issued by the Punjab Government in view of the Corona epidemic.
